About me
My name is Joseph Gatti. I graduated from the University of Kansas and received my dental degree, with honors, from the University of Missouri – Kansas City in 1983. I am a proud member of the academic honor societies Phi Kappa Phi and Omicron Kappa Upsilon. For some times before starting a private practice in Lawrence I served as Associate Clinical Instructor at the UMKC School of Dentistry .
I think that I owe to myself and to my clients to continue a lifetime pursuit of education and since graduation I have averaged well over 100 hours of continuing education per year. The required amount of continuing education is 30 hours yearly, but I believe strongly in continuing education for myself and for my team. I am proud that we have chosen to spend the resources of time, effort and finances on the development of each individual’s knowledge and abilities. ”Team Gatti” is a wonderful well oiled machine and we strive to work together to benefit our clients, more importantly we work well together because we are a team and we like each other.
I have a great wife Melody, we were married in 1982 and have two sons, John and Tony. I am passionate about dentistry.
